And for those who don’t know his music, or missed the award-winning documentary Searching for Sugarman, watch this. The 2012 film tells the intriguing  story of this talented man who disappeared and the people who sought to find him. After the release of two little-sold albums in the early 1970s, Rodriguez became a hit in South Africa, Australia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, unbeknownst to him. Many years laters some fans from South Africa set out to find him. And now he’s coming to London!
