For a quick, easy and delicious lunch in Covent Garden, try Flesh & Buns (don’t let the name put you off) at 41 Earlham Street. I especially loved the mixed seafood ceviche, sushi and soft shell crab.

And noodle lovers could amble over to Bone Daddies (same owner, clearly a frustrated osteopath)  a ramen noodle bar on St Peter Street in Soho. Equally as good and popular is Koya on Frith Street, which serves the thicker Japanese Udon noodle dishes. Yum Yum.
